We understand how important the uninterrupted supply of
compressed air is for the manufacturing process. That
is why the KAESER compressors are made according to a
modular design, meaning that all parts can be easily and
fast replaced at your factory. And if this is not possible
we only have to bring the module to our workshop instead
of the whole compressor. To speed up repairs we use complete
factory overhauled modules for complex repairs, like the
airend. Meaning that repairs, which can take weeks, can
be done in an hour with KAESER. Most compressor brands
are of integrated block design, which makes it difficult
to carry out major repairs in the field or to use exchange
modules.
That is why we put high priority on a good and responsive
field service organization.
 Service
vans, fully equipped with tools and spare parts, transport
our service engineers to your place for on-site repair.
