High Pressure Booster Compressors
up to 45 bar
 |
Technical
specification
Series: N
FAD: 0.28 to 14.4 m³/min
Motor power: 2.2 to 45 kW
Initial pressure: 5 to 13 bar
Final pressure: 25 to 45 bar |
|
| A booster takes air from a
normal compressed air main and increases the
pressure for certain applications such as
seal testing in pneumatic and hydraulic devices,
certain actuating cylinders, presses, clamping
fixtures and PET bottle production. Usually
the volume of air demanded at higher pressures
of around 45 bar is relatively small so the
booster is an economical means of supply and
more efficient than to lift the pressure in
the complete air main to this level. KAESER
boosters are delivered ready for use and include
an air-cooled compressed air aftercooler as
standard. Models from N 753-G upwards are
also available with a water-cooled air aftercooler.
